Hello Everyone
I am Cindy Harper, graduate of USC, worked in the financial services industry (insurance, investments, and mortgages) for 32 years, work as an educator since 2015, and have done keynote speeches, workshops, seminars, and retreats since 1987. My passion is to serve and help people unleash their power and potential to create a life that they love! I developed this interactive workshop while working extensively with leaders from the community who were chosen to participate in 10 month training where I was the kickoff speaker for two days in month one. The focus is on qualities that great leaders possess, time management, and public speaking. In order to be an effective leader one needs to be comfortable effectively speaking to the organization and engaging everyone to share their best with the Team.

This is a 10 week Character Education curriculum that I developed for students 3rd grade through high school. I have taught it in school districts as well as to youth groups sponsored by different community organizations. Some of the topics covered are: Integrity, Goal Setting, Character, Respect for self and others, Power of Your Words, Attitude is Everything, and the Free Enterprise System. It is amazing to see the changes that the students make in their lives once they understand and apply these principles.
